Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Some banks might take a while to process a refund so if you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank.
Next, contact your credit card company, to check if your refund has been officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] so we can check our systems as well.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we do not process refunds for sale items. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We may only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can send us an email at [email protected].

Shipping
Before returning your product, send us an email and we will give you clear instructions on where to ship the item.

When returning items, you will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning item/s as shipping costs are non-refundable. If we have processed your refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live in Australia, the time it may take some time for your exchanged product to reach you, as shipping times may vary.
